Halogen’s main service delivery focus is in the Technology sector and provides traditional outsource staff and labour broker services and recruitment services. The Halogen service delivery is supported by ongoing resource mentoring and business coaching process. This approach to service delivery is with the intent to meet the immediate need but be inclusive of long-term planning for a continued relationship and quality skilled resource levels.

Halogen offers operational services which include the design and implementation of a customized project management office. The methodology is designed to align to both customer business and global project standards. Halogen is able to provide this end to end solution which includes a framework; processes and resources to get the project management office function operational within a 4 month period.
